1. Submerged-arc welding of rotors and shafts including journals, gland diameters and thrust faces.

2. Hard coating of shaft journal and gland areas by powder and HVOF application.

3. TIG/MIG welding of turbine steam path components such as blades, nozzles and diaphragms, as well as welding of pump casings, impellers and sleeves.

4. Heat treatment, stress relieving, surface and through hardening of component parts.

5. Application of corrosion/erosion protective coatings that use both absorption and defection principles.
